Farm before the reservoir.
This small farm in the middle of Queens Valley is something the younger generations of today won’t know it existed. Even now its shell is still there, remember that next time you walk around Queens Valley reservoir. Fans of the BBC detective series "Bergerac" across the world might recognise the stable on the right side of my picture, which was portrayed as Jim Bergerac's girlfriend’s home. It was in fact a fresh cow pooh filled stable for the farmer’s three or four cows. The farmer was I believe a lady called Madame Travail with her son Eugenie. Our farm was almost directly above, just out of picture. I spent a lot of time playing in the valley as a child.
